Reminders before leaving the cabin:
-Turn off the water heater.
-Check the washing machine.
-Take all the garbage to the bins at the top of the driveway.
-Remove all perishable foods from the fridge.
- Leave cabin as you found it! Nice and clean.
-Make sure the front door is locked from the inside.

Cabin information:
Cabin Key: There is a lockbox located to the left of the door. Punch in the code to access the key. Once the door is unlocked, please replace the key in the lockbox by reentering the code.
Clean : Before you leave, please clean the mess you made during your stay. That way it will be ready for the next guests to enjoy. This can be done in a number of ways;
- Sweep and vacuum floors
- Do dishes, run dishwasher and  put away any large pots or pans.
- Wipe countertops and the table.
- Sweep bedrooms and bathrooms.
- Remove any garbage from bathroom bins.

Garbage: Take all garbage and recyclables to bins at the top of the driveway. Pickup day is Friday and containers must be out on the street. Don't leave food or garbage on the porch. This could attract hungry critters.

Linens: Wash and put away all cabins linens when you leave. Strip beds of sheets so that they are ready for the next guests. There are bins in the closest and under some beds to store pillows and blankets.

Foods: Don't leave behind any perishable items. Food left in the cupboards should be sealed so not to attract any pests.

Locks: Close and lock shutters when you leave. Keys are located on the hutch inside. Look for the key fob with both Ace and Master keys. Make sure ALL windows and the front door are locked before you leave. The larger front door only locks and unlocks from the inside and you must turn the locking mechanism to the left in order to lock.

Water Heater: During cooler months with periods of lower usage, the water heater should be turned off before leaving. To do this, flip the two bottom breakers on the electric panel in the downstairs bedroom. The panel is located above the bunk bed. To flip the breakers, the bed will need to be pushed forward in order to access the breaker panel. The bed is on sliders so it should not be difficult to move the bed forward.

BBQ: There are two propane tanks for the BBQ. Make sure to always turn off the propane when connect to the barbecue. If one becomes empty, please get it replaces so there is always a spare on hand.
